Before: Bookings, supplier offers and invoices arrived across several team mailboxes. Someone had to read every email, copy the details into the CRM, reply by hand and forward attachments to accounting and sales.
What we built: All mailboxes merged into one Google Workspace inbox, read automatically through the Gmail API. Each email is logged in the CRM, categorised and answered based on set rules, and anything that needs action becomes a task for the right person. Attachments are recognised by type and routed automatically: invoices to QuickBooks, offers to HubSpot.

Most of what we build runs on n8n, a workflow platform we host in the EU, connected to the tools you already pay for. Frequently asked questions

How much do process automation services cost?

It depends on the process, not on the number of users. A single workflow typically starts around €1,500, and a full process redesigned end to end starts around €5,000. You get a fixed-price quote after the free audit, before any work starts.

Which business processes can be automated?

Anything repetitive and rule-based: order and invoice entry, document processing, lead intake and follow-up, scheduling and reminders, approvals, reporting and moving data between apps. The audit shows which of yours pay off first.

Do we have to give up Excel?

Not necessarily. Sometimes the best fix is to keep the spreadsheet and automate what goes in and out of it. When Excel itself is the bottleneck, we move the data into a proper tool and keep exports for anyone who still needs them.

We use niche or local software. Can you connect it?

Almost always. If it has an API, an import/export option or even a predictable email format, we can integrate it, including local invoicing tools and national e-invoicing systems such as Romania’s e-Factura.

How soon will we see results?

The first automation usually goes live within 2–4 weeks. We start with the change that saves the most time, so you see the return early.

Is this an AI project?

Usually not. Most of the value comes from well-designed processes, solid integrations and reliable tools. We use AI models only where they clearly help, such as reading documents, sorting requests or drafting replies, and always with checks in place.

Every workflow is monitored and alerts us before you notice. On a Run & improve plan, fixes are included. Otherwise we support you at rates agreed upfront.

Is our data safe?

Security is one of our core services. We use EU hosting, least-privilege access, encryption and audit logs, and we regularly work under NDAs and GDPR data processing agreements.
